This video from Pamela Reif is a quick ten-minute, all body workout, with no equipment, where you do each exercise for 30 seconds. For some more of Pamela’s HIIT workouts check out 12 Min Happy Sweat, 8 Min Ab & HIIT and 10 Min Hardcore HIIT.
