2.1 The title of the prize draw is the “Your Training and NCS Staff Experience Survey Prize Draw 2019” (the “Prize Draw”).
2.2 This is a free Prize Draw for Eligible (as defined below) participants who have responded to the “Your Training and NCS Staff Experience” Survey 2019 (the “Survey”) organised by the Promoter. The Promoter will administer a randomised process to select Prize Draw winners.
3.1 To enter the Prize Draw you must be an Eligible (as defined below) participant who has completed and submitted their Survey to the Promoter within the timeframe described at 3.2 and 3.3 below.
3.2 The final date to submit both parts of the Survey, which would allow you to be eligible for the Prize Draw is 20 October 2019 (the “Closing Date”).
3.3 All mandatory parts of the Survey must be completed in full and received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All Eligible participants whose Surveys are completed or received by the Promoter after the Closing Date will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.
3.4 The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for Surveys that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of Surveys.
3.5 By submitting the Survey to the Provider, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.1 An “Eligible” participant is an individual who has been engaged as an employee or worker by the Provider or any of the Provider’s subcontractors (and their respective sub-contractors or partners) to provide services in connection with the NCS Summer 2019 Programme.
4.2 By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.3 There is a limit of one Survey entry per Eligible participant. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.4 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
5.1 There are a number of Amazon voucher prizes with a value of up to £250 available to be won.
6.1 The winners of the Prize Draw will be drawn after 20 October 2019 (the “Announcement Date”).
6.2 The Promoter will contact Prize Draw winners as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the email address they have provided with the Survey entry.
7.1 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Prize Draw winners. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next Eligible participant selected at random from the Survey results received by the Promoter before the Closing Date.
7.2 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8.1 Subject to any limitations on excluding or restricting liability imposed by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be responsible for compensating the winner or accepting any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of the winner using or otherwise taking up their prize.
9.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information in order to review the results of the Survey, administer the Prize Draw or in accordance with NCS’ Privacy Policy which can be found here: https://www.ncsyes.co.uk/privacy-policy
10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.2 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
